Our Opportunity

The Talent, Learning and Culture (TLC) team aims to create a thriving talent marketplace that enables career development and sustains long-term business growth.

The purpose of this role is to support TLC and wider HR function in adopting agile ways of working, empowering them to frequently deliver valuable products and services to our users. You will work alongside functional & project teams up to VP level to coach and facilitate the adoption of an agile mind-set and champion our values of 'be curious, be bold, be focussed' in everything we do.

What does a typical day look like:-

Facilitate traditional Scrum events for teams across HR Coach and support teams to adopt an agile mind-set and develop new ways of working Create & facilitate face to face design thinking, problem solving and rapid delivery workshops Facilitate scaled scrum events Drive strategic objective alignment across HR with the OKR framework Data analysis; measure, track & report on progress and delivery to help inform decisions Continuous learning; seek, propose and experiment with new ideas from the agile world to improve the HR service, user experience and safety within the teams.

About you

You will be familiar with the concepts of Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking and Lean and are motivated by using these practises to help teams become great.

You are comfortable with designing and facilitating face to face events to reach set outcomes.

You are data curious and keen to explore the world of data based decision making as you showcase your agile contributions to the wider business.

You hold one or more of the following:

Scrum master accreditation (CSM or PSM1) Certified Agile HR Practitioner Professional Kanban 1 accreditation Thales Culture Captain or Coach

Knowledge of scaled agile models, or experience of scaling agile across teams would be advantageous.

Above all, you are passionate about collaboration, motivating and inspiring others through cultural change .
