Vacancy Brief:

  • Our client is seeking an experienced interim Allocations Officer.
  • The role is temp for three to five months with the scope to go permanent.
  • Excellent pay rate of £18.00 PAYE Or £22.50 per hour Umbrella.
  • Required working hours in this vacancy are 37.50 per week
  • Monday to Friday 95pm.
  • This vacancy is based in Birmingham.

The Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As an Allocations Officer, you will ensure that the targets, processes and timescales are met by processing referrals and making allocations promptly and working closely with all relevant colleagues
  • In your job role as an Allocations Officer, you will identify issues which are impacting performance and identify solutions before presenting to Senior Management as required
  • You will be required to liaise with Housing colleagues and other teams as appropriate, sharing information to ensure that void periods are kept to a minimum and reletting targets are achieved.
  • Part of your role as an Allocations Officer will be to play a key role in minimising the organisations void loss by delivering an efficient and effective allocations service.
