Estates Officer Required, Birmingham Based, 3 month Contract initially Temp with the opportunity to go Perm - £25 per hour

The Job responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage the BMS system on behalf of the organisation
  • Organise PPM schedules and allocated reactive work
  • Assist with the training and management
  • Organise Health and Safety documents on site and auditing sites to ensure compliance to strict NHS standards
  • Responsible for overseeing contractors and ensuring there work is complaint to strict standards
  • Manage minor works projects
  • Ensure employees are efficient and getting work done on time and to strict standards
  • Allocate work depending on priority and urgency
You will be immediately available for work (2 week notice period at maximum). The hourly rate on offer will be between £25 PAYE.
