You will be running the day-to-day engineering activities with the engineering team.
You will need to manage tasks allocated to team members or tasks allocated to project or product teams, ensuring timely completion.
The Engineering Delivery Manager shall identify, plan, communicate and ensure that the Engineering Team execute their tasks driven by the PMO, ILS of Chief Engineer/Engineering Director implementation via CRs, ECRs, and PRs.
You will need to plan and execute the engineering activities including production of the detailed Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMP) and production of a quality bill of material and Product Breakdown Structure.
You will need to ensure that engineering solutions are value-focused and cost-effective. As well as this, interface with SDAs, project management and ILS repairs organization.In addition, you shall be responsible for and managing factors that affect the development lifecycle and you will need to manage the interactions within a systems engineering lifecycle as defined and agreed in the SEMP.
