Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Area Sales Managers in the electrical wholesale sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and coaching sales teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow presence in electrical wholesalers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Coach sales teams on core selling techniques and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Manage budgets and sales targets for the region
  • Identify opportunities for new leads, increased orders, and new projects through the electrical wholesaler market

Requirements

  • 2 years or more experience managing a field sales team in the electrical sector
  • Understanding of electrical/lighting products having sold or worked for electrical wholesalers
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week across South Wales, South West, and South East England
  • Passionate, hands-on, sales-driven people manager with the ability to deliver sales coaching and support
