Job description


Having been selling and letting residential and commercial property for over 100 years across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire from multiple High Street offices Satchells Estate Agents seek an experienced administrator to join our independent family run firm in our Lettings department at either our Biggleswade or Letchworth office working on a permanent part time basis.


This exciting opportunity requires the successful applicant to be able to demonstrate an ability to carry out day to day accounting processes such as receipting rent and deposit payment, processing contractors' invoices, processing landlord and contractors' payments, reconciling and balancing accounts, managing the lodging and return of deposits along with other general admin and procedural duties associated with letting and managing residential property.

Working structure:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm
  • One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm
  • One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
