We are seeking a cheerful, friendly, and engaging individual to manage our reception and showrooms at the picturesque Cotes Mill.

This role is pivotal to deVOL's success, as you will be the first point of contact for all our visiting customers on Saturdays.


Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Your job will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Warmly welcoming all customers, ensuring their visit to deVOL is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge about deVOL to confidently engage with customers and answer any questions they might have.
  • Assisting designers and staff with various tasks, including processing gift and antique sales, and creating appealing showroom displays.
  • Working every Saturday.

We would love you to:

  • Be friendly and approachable. You should have a welcoming and efficient manner that puts both customers and staff at ease.
  • Be detailoriented and versatile. Have a keen eye for detail and be willing to take on various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our showrooms.
  • Have a minimum of GCSE Grades, A-C in Maths and English.
  • Be wellpresented.
  • Have a keen interest in interiors, design, and customer service.
  • Be responsible, alert, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be flexible with working hours during the Christmas period.


We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed.

After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.

Your annual leave will be accrued monthly. Furthermore, you'll have access to benefits such as life insurance, a wellness program, the Cycle2Work scheme, and company events.
