This role could suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification looking to make the step up to a Senior role
At the Pleiadean Group we are excited to be working with one of the outstanding and well managed Private Day Nurseries based in Lewisham.
Our lovely nursery school premises is a sympathetically converted and restored church hall and has its own large garden.
Our off-street vehicle access makes it simple to deliver and collect children by car; numerous buses pass us on Uxbridge Road and Shepherd's Bush station is a short walk away.
Although centrally located, we are hidden from the bustling Uxbridge Road behind St. Luke's Church and enjoy seclusion and privacy surrounded by neighbouring gardens- Have level 3 qualification and experience of working with children and the team.
- A higher level of childcare qualifications would be desirable ie BA Hons
- Excellent people management skills
- A minimum of 12 months working within a 30+ place setting
- Ability to manage a high number of staff members
- An ability to manage recruitment levels would be highly advantageous
- Excellent Knowledge of the EYFS
- You will be working along with a team of other staff members working 4 full days and 1 non working day a week, or you can work 5 days a week depending on your circumstances
- Start at 7:45 and get ready for the children at 8 and children are picked up by 6pm
- A generous salary package with potential additional increases as your time within the company increases.
