Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursery Manager to lead our dynamic childcare setting. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop The Nurtury Day Nursery & Pre-school to consistently achieve an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING.
- Provide inspiring leadership to a multi-disciplinary childcare setting, fostering a culture of innovation, passion, and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursery practitioners, parents, and suppliers, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children.
- Develop the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff members, providing continuous professional development opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving solutions-focused initiatives to enhance the nursery's reputation and outcomes.
- Early Years level 3 relevant qualification (or above).
- Excellent knowledge of The Early Years Foundation Stage 2024 and other compulsory statutory guidance.
- Robust safeguarding and child protection knowledge, including wider safeguarding.
- Confident knowledge of the inspection process and/or experience leading a team to a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcome.
- Significant experience of a nursery leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
