Plant Manager:
The Plant Manager will be based in the companies Birmingham Plant.
Working for this market leading manufacturer of building products you will specialise in Asphalt.You'll be working alongside an Assistant Manager and three multi skilled operatives.
As the Plant Manager you'll be required to be hands on, mixing asphalt, operating the loading shovel and weighbridge on a daily basis.

The Ideal Person for the Plant Manager?:Will ideally have worked within the industry, with Asphalt experience being a benefit.
Individuals with experience of working in a Quarry are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, responsible and have excellent inter-personal skills.Flexibility and initiative are essential for this demanding and rewarding position.A good level of physical fitness.Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.Experience in a similar plant role would be beneficial but not essential.
Previous experience in Asphalt production would be advantageous.
