Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • The Payroll Analyst performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations organization.
  • Full responsibility for administration of company pension schemes and related regulatory activities.
  • Adhoc reporting & analysis relating to pensions, benefits, HMRC & other areas of the business as required, utilizing strong/advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Executes test plans and identifies discrepancies.
  • Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required.
  • Interprets data and makes recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience)
  • Ability to utitilize communication skills to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.
  • Experience of pensions administration would be an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills would be an advantage

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
