  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams on design for manufacture initiatives to support the rollout of new products and processes in a regulated manner
  • Establish production system capabilities and implement best practices aligned with APQP standards
  • Oversee Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) to evaluate the maturity of capabilities and ensure product readiness for production
  • Carry out process capability assessments, takt time analysis, and lead Kaizen events
  • Provide guidance to the industrialization team, coordinate project schedules, and communicate industrialization tactics to stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous learning, professional events, and specialized resources

  • Background in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or NPI, preferably in the aerospace sector or a similar regulated industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, involving planning, resource management, and organization within tight to moderate timeframes
