We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Equipment Lead to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with OEMs and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Manage contract management procedures, including the creation and maintenance of contract documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the implementation of new equipment and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including OTD and FTR.
- Participate in problem-solving meetings and fault analysis to resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality equipment.
- HNC/Degree in Mechanical or Engineering.
- High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and CAD systems.
- Collaborative working environment.
