We have recently set-up a new business unit providing credit risk consultancy services to banks, lenders and investors in the UK. This unit was formed from the acquisition of Vestigo Partners Ltd in April 2024, which are a team of credit risk experts with over 60+ years experience of consumer and SME lending experience. Due to increasing demand and subsequent growth, our team is scaling up and we are looking for talented individuals to join us at this exciting time as we leverage the strong foundations of Broadstone to grow our offering to new and existing clients.

Director - The Role:

You will play a leading role in developing our IFRS 9 services to banks and lenders.

As part of a strong and experienced management team, you will leverage your existing networks and build strong business relationships with new and confirmed clients to develop new commercial opportunities in IFRS 9.

You will advise the project delivery team, from initiation to delivery, using your in-depth knowledge of the IFRS 9 technical standards to provide thought leadership on projects and leading the delivery of projects.

You will drive thought leadership and thus drive the evolution of our offering and ensuring we stay up to date with the latest standards and regulations and associated changes in our client needs.

Director - You:

You will have:

A detailed understanding of modelling methodologies and techniques that are applied across a range of retail credit model types, IFRS 9, credit decisioning, ICAAPs 10+ years' experience in retail credit risk modelling with in-depth knowledge of IFRS 9 and other related credit modelling techniques 5+ years' experience in project leadership in a consulting or banking/lending environment. Ability to effectively provide oversight and overall ownership of project delivery from initiation to completion Proven track record of leading teams and people at Director level Experience overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to final delivery, along with research and development to create new solutions Know-how in staying updated on regulatory changes, and experience in generating innovative ideas for improvements
