As a Country Lead with LINK, you will be working closely with one of the most iconic brands, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Your role will involve overseeing sourcing, management, and reporting activities across various service categories.
Job Purpose:
As a Country Lead, your primary focus will be on building trust with key customers and managing all activities related to service categories for LINK. Additionally, you will oversee and manage promotional projects for clients, ensuring top-notch innovation and creativity.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage transactions and team activities effectively
- Monitor and enhance the commercial performance of accounts
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Deliver impactful presentations to customers
- Lead product development initiatives based on customer briefs
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate effectively
- Ensure timely processing of orders and invoices by the team
- Produce accurate customer quotations and quality samples
- Manage SLAs and KPIs to ensure timely order delivery
- Participate in industry trade shows to enhance business relationships
Skills Required:
- Experience in promotional goods/print industry
- Quality Assurance knowledge in promotional industry
- Work experience with drinks-related companies
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Keen attention to detail and budgeting expertise
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Enthusiastic and problem-solving mindset
