We are currently working on a position within a healthcare organisation to source a Head of HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations for the following assignment:

Hybrid working, three days on-site in Norfolk

Contract: 6 Months+

Rate:
£314.00 per day umbrella

Hours:
Full time

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the ER and HR Team provides consistent and sound HR advice and support to managers on all matters relating to the employment of staff
  • Being an active member of the assigned Department's Management Team, contributing to the achievement of the Divisions strategy, business plan and operational objectives
  • Working with the Head of Resourcing to ensure the provision of transparent, fair, bias free, professional recruitment services across all staff groups in accordance with workforce establishment and legal requirements, good employment practice and policy
  • Working with the Head of Resourcing to develop performance reporting and information analysis to enable effective workforce planning, delivery of workforce goals and operational plans
  • Working with line managers to facilitate effective working relationships with staff side and professional body representatives
  • Ensuring that the ER and HR Team work proactively with line managers, the Workforce Team and external partners to deliver effective staff recruitment arrangements
  • Working with the Learning and Development Manager and other senior staff in providing professional update sessions for managers on new legislation, employee relations issues, and the roll out of new and amended policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that the ER and HR Team have appropriate learning and development opportunities, showing the team by personal example how to make the most of such opportunities
  • Linemanaging HRBPs, ER Manager and Special Projects Manager including facilitating relevant learning and development, appraisals and recruitment interviews
  • Previous experience as a Head of HR, ER, or HRBPs within a healthcare function
  • Ability to interpret complex information and employment legislation and communicate the detail in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in order to effectively prioritise own and team's workload
  • CIPD qualification
