Description
We are looking to recruit a _13 months maternity cover _
Administrator for our
Leatherhead office
Business Support team.


The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Private Client Tax team on a day-to-day basis to deliver a seamless and professional service to their clients.

Also providing general administrative assistance to cover holidays and Business Support Team non-working days as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with colleagues and clients to gather tax return information
  • Arranging client meetings for tax staff
  • Preparing tax return letters using templates
  • Preparation of engagement letters and assisting with AML procedures
  • Scanning and filing correspondence
  • Assistance with monthly billing for clients
  • General reception duties including answering phone, greeting clients, and preparing refreshments for client meeting
  • Support for Partners, Directors, and Managers, including use of Templafy, DocuSign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Franking outgoing mail

The Person

  • Previous administration experience desired but not essential
  • Friendly and engaging
  • Basic level of numeracy with attention to detail.
  • Competent IT skills including MS Office and databases
  • Learning agility to adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Telephone and video conferencing skills
