You'll work towards your Level 3 Business Admin qualification, have 1-2-1 Monthly Sessions(via Teams)with your Tutor, and spend 6 hours a week on apprenticeship work e.g., assignments, study, training etc.

Day to day, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person.
  • Post distribution upon delivery and ensure it's ready for collection each evening.
  • Arrange couriers.
  • General tidiness of reception area.
  • Manage kitchen supplies – tea, coffee, milk etc.
  • Manage bookings of meeting rooms & arrange drinks and lunch for meetings.
  • Support the PR Team
  • Support the Media Buyer

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £8.60 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • Free tea, coffee, and toast, biscuit Tuesday, and quarterly curry night.

Eligibility Criteria:
