We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Graduate Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our high-net-worth clients and contributing to the growth of our business.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a relevant degree to gain hands-on experience in wealth management and financial planning. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional client service, manage client portfolios, and support the delivery of comprehensive financial advice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our wealth planning team, including data entry, document management, and client communication.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Support the development and implementation of client financial plans, including investment strategies and tax planning.
- Contribute to the growth of our business by identifying opportunities for new business development and client engagement.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including full support and the opportunity to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. You will also have access to ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities within our business.
