What you will do:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles liaising with delivery drivers, including checking deliveries and updating the computer system.
  • Provide feedback and report out on nonconformance issues.
  • Put stock away to locations and drop off deliveries to relevant departments.
  • Generate and carry out cyclecounts
  • Analyse, investigate and report on stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain MRO stock raise purchase order requests as necessary and issue out.
  • Respond to queries and enquiries from other departments.
  • Carry out stock transfers, material movements and relabelling tasks.
  • File and maintain the storage of inventory related documents.
  • Support with any auditor visits / audit inspections and the companies waste and recycling activities.
  • Adhere to all the company's policies and operational procedures.
  • Support the Shipping Department with the preparation and dispatch of orders.

What you should bring:

  • Good analytical skills with a high 'attention to detail'.
  • Excellent IT skills to include Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience of working with Warehouse Management / MRP / ERP systems such as Microsoft AX Dynamics.
  • Experience of working within a warehouse / production environment.


 MHE
  • Counterbalance and 'Flexi' truck experience a definite advantage but not essential.
  • Independent, motivated, dependable and resourceful.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well with all functional work groups within the company.
