As a Retail Service Manager, you will be at the frontline of our business ensuring our customers receive a great journey on our trains. You will receive an initial salary of £21,981 rising to £28,162 (based on a 38-hour week) once you have completed your training. Close date for applications is Friday 24th May 2024.The role will involve you providing an at seat catering service, selling refreshments to customers throughout the train and also offering complimentary refreshments to our First Class customers.
