The Business Administration Modern Apprentices will learn about the the daily operations of the business and then play a key part in delivering effective support to the customer service and administrative functions.

Our Call Centre Operative's Day...

  • This is an outbound telephonebased role, where you will be responsible for generating interest in either the reviewing of a client's current policy or discuss options available for a new policy.
  • You will be required to complete a thorough Fact Find with the client with a consultative style approach, and then look to transfer clients through to a team of Insurance Brokers.

Key duties and tasks will include:

  • Build rapport, identify customer needs quickly, efficiently, and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated and maintained with accurate and uptodate information
  • Responding to and managing customer enquiries
  • Assistance with paperwork, document creation and other adhoc duties
  • General administration/backoffice duties filing, photocopying and scanning
