As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at haart, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their dream of homeownership. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
  • Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
  • Generate your own leads and business.
  • Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
  • Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Current CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport, birth certificate, proof of address, national insurance number, and full UK driving license.

Working Hours

  • This role is full-time, office-based.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00.
  • Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 to 17:00.
  • Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
