Job Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide business support to services within the East Ayrshire Council, working to an agreed learning contract. This role will assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of business objectives within the Council
- Assist with the promotion of key initiatives and projects
- Contribute to the integration of services and objectives
- Work with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes
Requirements
- Must be a resident of East Ayrshire
- Aged between 16-24, or up to age 29 with a disability or care experience
Working Arrangements
- Temporary post for 2 years
- Based at Western Road, Kilmarnock
- 35 hours per week
- Rate of pay: £8.60 for 16-20 year olds, £11.44 for 21-22 year olds, £11.89 for 23+ year olds
