Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Cooperate with business leaders, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to recognize learning needs. Develop plans aligned with the HR people strategies for the business area. Share best practices for consistent delivery of L&D initiatives globally.
  • Leadership for Business Performance: Support the leadership team in driving business performance through effective people development strategies and initiatives. Act as the point person for evaluating the business impact of learning initiatives.
  • Project Management: Supervise the creation of new local and group-wide learning programs, from design to implementation, ensuring engagement.
  • Detecting Needs: Use data to proactively identify and anticipate organizational needs.
  • Marketing, Communications & Engagement: Develop communication campaigns to promote L&D offerings across the organization.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar L&D role, preferably in a business partner role.

Skills: Proficient in facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Expertise: Skills in data analysis, learning plan development, and effective interventions.

Project Management: Strong project management abilities to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
