Description of Organisation The Bridge is a charity working with the homeless and hardest to reach in Leicester.

We have various projects which provide support, advice, guidance, food and clothing to anyone who walks through our doors in need.

You will also play a lead role in the marketing and brand development of The Bridge Homelessness to Hope, including managing our website and social media platforms.

Managing and updating The Bridges website based on the needs of the charity
Updating our Stay in the Know blog on a regular basis with stories from The Bridge Homeless to Hope and those who are fundraising for our charity
Managing our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In
Building new Business Champion partnerships and maintaining our current one
12 Days of Christmas Campaign and annual Big Sleep fundraising event in collaboration with the University of Leicester
Ensuring accurate records are entered onto our CRM system in a timely manner and use this data to monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of the project
Working in-line with The Bridges policies and procedures at all times, taking a pro-active approach to safeguarding
Taking an active approach to personal development, finding and taking opportunities to develop relevant knowledge and skills to the role and sector
Bid writing to gain additional core funding for our day centre and activities for our guests
