We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Office Coordinator to join our Manchester team.

The role would be suited to an individual with experience of complex formal procurement processes within a similar bid function.

Our work covers both small and large scale (£M+) consulting bids in the public and private sectors.

The individual should have proven experience of working with senior stakeholders (internally and externally), strong values and a skillset (listed below) built up in similar functions.


Given the nature of the role, the individual must have a robust understanding of commercial / contractual elements, be comfortable reviewing / drafting basic terms and have excellent written/editorial skills.

Responsibilities include duties such as:

  • Maintaining and updating bid processes and templates
  • Supporting bid pipeline planning, reporting and data analysis
  • Coordinating and administering bidrelated compliance
  • Liaising with other departments on bid work (e.g. contractual, marketing)
  • Triaging opportunities and supporting consultants with client tenders and queries
  • Maintaining the library of reusable bid content and related resources
  • Acting as bid coordinator when needed
  • Undertaking general bid administration activity.

Key experience:

  • Experience within a bid function supporting formal procurement processes
  • Proven administration experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong written/editorial skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Digitally savvy and competent in Microsoft suite.
