This is a permanent term time, part-time role, working 22 hours per week Monday to Saturday, including the attending of specific events, etc. Games sessions take place between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Saturday and our Activities programme runs between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. Fixtures generally take place in the afternoon, but there are some morning sporting fixtures particularly in the Autumn and Spring Terms. Additional hours will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Annual Salary: Up to £19,000 depending on experience

Fettes operate a contribution matching scheme up to 10% of base salary.

Qualifications and Skills
  • ECB Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven coaching experience from Prep to Senior School, Including working with elite players.
  • Excellent coaching and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently but also to work well with colleagues.
  • Motivated and have the ability to take the initiative to manage tasks.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • IT literate across a broad range of common Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to coach other sports is highly desirable.
