One of South West London's leading Estate Agents is looking for a Sales Negotiator.

If you want to work for a company that does serious volume giving you the best chance to make the most of an uncapped commission structure then this could be a great fit for you.

We have been partnered with this company for a number of years and they have proven a fantastic home for many negotiators who have gone on to progress fantastically within the company.


Ideal profile:
Sales Negotiator with experience in London with a track record of success, 1 years+ experience

Package:
£55k+ OTE
£20k Basic salary
Bonuses and commission
Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering new applicants
  • Negotiating with all parties involved to ensure the best outcome is achieved
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Delivering the best customer service to both applicants & vendors
  • Managing the process from offer agreed to completion
