Sales Negotiator Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from initial valuation to final completion, ensuring exceptional service and seamless transactions for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers and sellers, offering expert advice and support throughout the sales journey.
* Skilfully negotiate sales terms, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved, and leveraging your ability to close deals effectively.
* Stay updated on local market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the residential property sector.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients.

**What We Offer**

* Basic salary of £22,000 with significant earning potential through 10-20% commission on sales.
* Car allowance to support your role as a Sales Negotiator.

* Proven track record of success in sales negotiations.
