Fleet Mechanic
We are currently looking for a full-time Fleet Mechanic to join our team.

The role involves maintaining the fleet on site in Inverness including Preventative Maintenance Inspections, MOTs preparation, general maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs on buses, coaches and a range of vehicles, ongoing training provided.

It is a great opportunity for a mechanic looking for a weekday-based role.

The Role:

  • Mechanic
  • PSV, Buses and Coaches, commercial light vehicles, cars
  • To repair company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current regulations
  • To complete associated paperwork using online systems to ensure that all statistics and legal information are produced.
  • To ensure that all relevant legislation and Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
  • To communicate effectively with the Transport Manager and Rabbie's Operations Team

  • Occasional Roadside assistance
  • Previous experience as a mechanic for PSV and fleet vehicles
  • City & Guilds 381, parts 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent SVQ qualification.
  • Commutable to Inverness
  • Driving License
