Once you've applied, we will:

  • If we get a feeling that you might be great for the role, we will arrange to have an initial chat with you to find out more. If we don't feel that you are right for the role right now, we will (if you want it) give you feedback.
  • If your initial chat goes well, we will invite you in for an interview. You should know that as much as this is for us to get to know you better, it is for you to get to know us too.
  • All being well at the interview we will invite you in asap for a taster shift.
  • Upon completion of your taster shift, we always love to hear what you think, we will provide you with feedback & depending on how that goes we will hopefully be able to offer you the job, welcome you to the Hub Box team & get you started with us. P.S We will also feed you at the end of your taster shift regardless of whether or not you join us or not.
