Job Summary


Manage engagement, planning and delivery of a portfolio of Agile BI services for a MAXIMUS UK Business Unit, including BI Roadmap definition, prioritisation, development, testing, deployment and adoption.


This role will be recruited in anticipation of Contract Reward.

Essential Job Duties
Business Partnering

  • Create effective stakeholder relationships and develop an outstanding customer experience both internally and externally
  • Support strategic planning and identification of requirements for current and future BI products and services
  • As an SME you will oversee the management of the business requirements and translation to BI Statement of Works through to user acceptance testing and sign off
BI Delivery

  • Coordinate the Agile delivery for a portfolio of Production, Adhoc and Project BI Services
  • Work closely with BI Delivery Leads to meet business requirements and priorities
  • Work with BI customers to balance priorities and delivery of BI services within agreed Service Levels
  • Drive adoption of Agile and continuous improvement

Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications and/or Experience

  • 5+ years BI experience with 2+ years in management
  • Track record delivering strategic BI solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BI services and solutions
  • Experience in managing Agile teams

  • Excellent collaborator, bringing together teams internally and externally to deliver projects
  • The ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to nonspecialist audiences
  • Experience of creating and giving presentations to a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable in empowering and motivating individuals and teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a strong sense of prioritisation and time management
  • Strong analytical skills set with an ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and provide recommendations
