Brand Partnership Executive at TruTravels

As part of our team, you will play a key role in forging strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and communities that resonate with Tru's core values. Additionally, you'll drive business development initiatives to expand our reach and engage target audiences under the guidance of our Head of Partnerships.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term collaborations with partners, influencers, and brands. Act as the primary contact for partners, address inquiries, and ensure positive relationships.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and brands aligned with our values. Cultivate relationships to drive mutual success.
  • Business Development: Identify revenue opportunities and expand market presence through innovative partnerships.
Influencer Marketing: Execute influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness and engage our audience.Brand Collaborations: Work on brand initiatives under the guidance of the Head of Partnerships, ensuring seamless integration.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve brand partnership sales targets.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to inform partnership strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing in the travel industry.
  • Strong network in the youth travel sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in relationship management and working with budgets.
  • Passion for youth culture and travel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as necessary.
