Alumni, Development and Partnerships Officer

Kingston Grammar School has an exciting opportunity as our alumni department expands. We are looking for a candidate to support the Deputy Head (Development) with the administration and operation of engagement, projects and strategy relating to Alumni, Development and Partnerships.

The role would suit a candidate with experience of managing database systems, events, gift registries and all related communications. In addition, the role will also provide administrative support to the Deputy Head in relation to their additional School Executive responsibilities.

Previous experience of working with alumni or in a school environment is desirable but not essential.

The role is based at Kingston Grammar School and offered on a full-time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Some evening or weekend work may be required for this position.
