  • As a People Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, serving as a pivotal member of the management group by providing expert counsel on HR matters and championing employee rights.
  • You'll establish strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-driven services in line with business goals, contributing to HR initiatives as needed.
  • Working alongside our Operations teams, you'll help devise and execute a people plan that aligns with our overarching strategy and business targets.
  • Key responsibilities include crafting people plans in collaboration with leaders to drive sustainable change across business areas, structuring the organization to meet business objectives, and helping leaders nurture a robust leadership pipeline.
