Based at our Head Office and Distribution Centre at Axis Business Park, Liverpool, we are now recruiting for Distribution Centre Cleaners to join our Engineering and Facilities team.


Available roles:

Part Time - Weekend - 16 hours per week

  • Saturday and Sunday on a fixed weekly shift pattern of either
  • 6.00am 2.30pm
  • 1.30pm pm.

Full time - Any 5 out of 7 days hours per week

  • Rolling 3 week rota based on business needs
  • Base schedule will follow the below rotation shift pattern however it may include Night Shift cover (10pm 6am).
  • Week am 2.00pm

Job Overview

  • Adhere to health and safety as well as cleaning procedures
  • Be a Company ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and customers
  • Complete general warehouse cleaning duties including: using Hako and Nilfisk floor scrubbing machines cleaning the warehouse ground floor and mezzanine levels working at height occasional heavy lifting
  • Lead by example and support and motivate team members
  • Onsite accommodation housekeeping duties including:
  • Clean corridors, stairways, elevators and communal areas as well as accommodation rooms and en-suite facilities
  • Make up beds and change linen as required
  • Work towards achievement of targets

Package
- £11.13 per hour

  • Plus £2.74 hourly night shift allowance (assigned to and working 10pm 6am) equivalent to £13.87 per hour
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service
