Job Description

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, a successful track record in sales, and a strong focus on business development. They will be instrumental in driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and negotiating contracts that meet the company's high standards.

The successful candidate should have expertise in precision engineered products, particularly machined components, and be capable of engaging with diverse sectors such as aerospace, industrial, medical, and automotive.

Key requirements include a solid knowledge of engineering processes, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a knack for showcasing the business's value proposition effectively. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

This role involves nationwide travel to customer locations and trade shows, so a valid driver's license is essential.
