Customer Service Advisor

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Customer Order and Schedule Management
- Customer Relationship Management. You'll be the single point of contact for Key Accounts
- KPI ownership and management.
- Sales & Operations planning input and participation. You'll do this by liaising with Production, Demand Planning and ASM
- Active participation in cost saving projects working alongside other areas such as freight and order consolidation
- Booking in deliveries where necessary on Customer portals
- Verify, process and challenge chargebacks and fines on a weekly basis via investigation prior to logging these with claims.
- Transportation optimization support, liaising with transport and customers to consolidate orders whilst adhering to OTS
- Creating/updating Master Data
Job Types:
