We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of
£24,468 this is made up of a base salary of
£22,400 along with an additional
£500 flexible benefit and up to a
£1,568 discretionary performance related bonus.
Whether you're helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you'll never know what the next challenge will be.

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with daytoday transactions, queries and servicing

What you'll bring.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

What else you need to know.
In a full-time Branch based role, you'll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
