About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join our team at Veolia. As an ER Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer service experience through a quality and professional first line ER advisory service to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general ER, policy, and legislative advice to employees and managers
  • Coach managers and employees through the employment life cycle processes
  • Ensure regular review and redesign of working practices for efficiency
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve employee experience
Requirements
  • Previous Employee Relations Advisory experience and a CIPD level 5 qualification
  • Experience of working in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong time management and efficient working practices
