This role will support service users across 3-4 properties who are vulnerable adult service leaving the criminal justice system who are based in charity properties in the Derbyshire area plus surrounding areas.


This role will be providing support for vulnerable adult service users offering a person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence as well as providing housing and property management solutions with the aim of achieving a successful move-on.


Typical tasks will include:

  • Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with the service user referring to specialist agencies as required.
  • Ensure that properties are always adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned.
  • Support residents to understand responsibilities that will help them keep their accommodation.
  • Empower and motivate service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop a moveon plan with service users at the earliest opportunity, identifying realistic options for their future home.
  • Rate of pay £16.53 per hour via a umbrella company
  • Ongoing temp contract and permanent options
  • Due to the nature of this role you will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Adults check that will also need to be registered on the update service on completion.
