Housing and Support Officer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Housing and Support Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, providing support and guidance in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver flexible support services to individuals, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs.
  • Participate in on-call rota system, providing evening and weekend cover as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a calm and composed approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of the on-call rota system.
  • Valid driving license and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
  • DBS check and other relevant clearance.
