Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning:
- Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and walkways.
- Remove litter, debris, and empty trash bins.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, if applicable.
- Wipe down and sanitize touchpoints (e.g., handrails, elevator buttons).
Maintenance:
- Report any damage or vandalism to the appropriate authority.
- Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards.
Customer Service:
- Provide assistance and directions to customers as needed.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Equipment Management:
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
