About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner - Facilities Maintenance to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including:
    • Carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader
    • Ensuring all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards
    • Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the team leader
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including:
    • Interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner
    • Offering assistance and support to customers as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals, including:
    • Supporting and assisting colleagues as needed
    • Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
