About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Quality and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to ABM's health and safety procedures and BICSc standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the quality of our services.
