We are currently seeking an Experienced Solar PV Expert in Operations and Maintenance to join a leading EPC service provider specializing in the design, building, and upkeep of solar and BESS power plants.

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and handling necessary actions on solar PV systems, both autonomously and in collaboration with a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform standard maintenance, assessments, and corrective tasks on active solar PV systems.
  • Implement Preventative Maintenance according to the yearly PPM strategy.
  • Attend to Corrective Maintenance whenever required.
  • Produce thorough reports on field activities, including daily summaries.
  • Conduct project-specific risk evaluations and evaluations, following operational constraints.
  • Oversee and manage external contractors participating in on-site operations.
  • Guarantee that third-party contractors abide by Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Keep detailed and comprehensive records of electrical tests that are auditable.
  • Conduct troubleshooting on both AC and DC systems.

This position offers a blend of remote work and on-site presence. It is preferred for candidates to be located in Bristol or the North of London, where many project sites are situated.
