**Job Title:** Senior Solar PV Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar PV Operations Specialist to join our team at NextEnergy Capital Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily supervision and analysis of the performance of our solar plants, as well as incident tracking and resolution, performance analysis, and robust reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Daily Supervision and Analysis:** Monitor and analyze the technical performance of our solar plants, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • **Incident Tracking and Resolution:** Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our solar plants, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • **Performance Analysis:** Conduct regular performance analysis of our solar plants, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • **Reporting:** Prepare and deliver regular reports on the technical performance of our solar plants, as well as other operational aspects.
  • **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • **Communication:** Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in solar PV operations, asset management, or a related field.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electricity or electronics.
  • **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
