This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing credit card payments via a virtual terminal occasionally
  • Creating and updating internal reports on weekly figures
  • Ensuring cheques are taken to the bank for clearing

Hours of Work
Standard hours of work are 37 hours per week;

  • Monday
  • Friday
However there is the opportunity for some flexibility within this role.

Essential Skills, Behaviours and Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic IT Literacy skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to all tasks
  • Experience in a telephone based role dealing with external customers

Desirable Skills, Behaviours and Experience

  • Confident with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Demonstrable experience of working successfully as part of a team
  • Experience in a Credit Control role dealing with high volumes of payments
