About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Otis. As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in maximizing cash collection and cash flow, while reducing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit risk of a large portfolio of customers, including reconciliation of customer accounts and review of credit lines to aid growth while improving cash flow.
  • Be a central point for all debt-related issues regarding your customer base, organizing client meetings with Service Managers to facilitate resolution of unpaid debt.
  • Detail invoice queries and update business systems of any reason for non-payment.
  • Perform general office duties.
Requirements
  • Office administration and customer service experience are essential.
  • Knowledge of customer billing requirements and issues that can arise leading to customer disputes are desirable.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
